Delays

Please allow an additional 10 business days for delivery.
Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearance may have an impact on the delivery time.

Shipping times are often changing and that shipments can, on occasion, be delayed by up to 60 days.

 

Tracking

Please note that due to the below, you will only receive a tracking number when the tracking information has gone live.

If you have not received any shipment emails after 10 business days of placing an order, please contact us at info@dronesxpress.com.au

Our courier partners have significantly reduced the amount of scans that are being completed during transit to avoid further delays. If we have dispatched your order and you have received tracking details from us, your parcel has been collected from us, but may not have been scanned into the courier's tracking system. We understand that this may be frustrating, but please understand that this is out of our control.

 

Estimated Transit Times

Estimated transit times are provided by the Freight Service Provider, however, are not guaranteed.
The estimated shipping time is approximately 7 - 15 business days.
Estimated processing time is 1 - 5 business days.

Please note, that deliveries may take up to 60 days to arrive due to delays.

Delivery Policy 

We offer delivery Australia wide. Products may be shipped from different warehouses including but not limited to: Australia, The United States of America, Singapore & China. We use a selection of courier services that vary in rates and delivery times.
Drones Xpress does not guarantee these delivery timelines as the service is provided by a 3rd party.

Orders may be split up into multiple shipments. 

Once your order is dispatched, a notification is sent via email on the tracking details of your parcel. Most deliveries will require a signature to avoid theft and lost/misplaced parcels. Customers are able to contact the service providers to authorise an "Authority to Leave" in a safe place should taking personal delivery of the parcel is not convenient. NOTE that an "Authority to Leave" is an agreement between the consignee and delivery company and Drones Xpress does not take responsibility for parcels with "Authority to Leave".

Please note: These are industry averages and delays may occur during holidays and peak periods. Deliveries to remote areas are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.
